At Johnson & Johnson, I helped shape the product vision for an all-in-one surgical imaging platform following the acquisition of Visible Patient. I conducted 12 interviews and 5 rounds of usability testing with surgeons and clinical staff, translating research into product concepts that streamlined clinical workflows. The work informed J&J's go-to-market strategy and laid the foundation for the product available today.
