At Capital One, I worked on an innovation team turning early-stage ideas into scalable products. I introduced lightweight, cross-platform animations to the mobile banking app, led a team of four to launch an internal tool that eliminated quarterly project extension requests, and designed an ML-powered insights experience for 100M+ cardholders in 12 weeks.
